A United States partner for manufacturers.

We are the importer of record and the responsible party for the products we bring into the United States. Whether you sell your own products or build products to our designs, you ship from your factory and we take it from there. Customs entry and duties, FDA and cosmetics compliance, marketplaces like Amazon, and returns are ours.

Two ways to work with us

You make your own products

We distribute your brand in the United States, or we sell your product under one of our brands. We import under our name, so you need no United States entity, no customs bond, and no American address on the label.

You build products we design

We develop our own products and we look for factories to make them. You receive a complete specification, the quantity for the first run, and the certifications the product needs, and we handle everything on the United States side.

What we take on

RMG Supplies and Products, LLC is a New York limited liability company. We clear goods through a licensed United States customs broker and we can act as the United States agent for your FDA facility registration.

Established 2026 in Troy, New York. D-U-N-S 14-785-2260.

Customs entry and duties

We are the importer of record. We file the entry, pay the duties, and hold the customs bond, and your goods clear under our name.

Compliance and labeling

We are the responsible party on the label. We manage FDA and cosmetics requirements, product listings, and the labeling the American market requires.

Marketplace operations and returns

We list, price, stock, and advertise the products on marketplaces like Amazon. Returns, replacements, and customer questions come to us, not to your factory.

What working with us is like

Three commitments that hold for every supplier we work with.

Purchase orders, not consignment. We buy the goods. Payment terms are agreed before the first order and we keep them.
Complete information, in your language.Full specifications before you quote, sales data after launch, and production planned with you. In English, Spanish, or French.
One counterparty in the United States. One contract, one buyer, and one point of contact. Returns and customer questions come to us.

How a relationship starts

Introduce your company

Tell us what you make, where you ship from, and whether you sell your own products, build to specification, or both.

Samples and terms

We review samples or you quote our specification. We agree on pricing, minimum quantities, lead times, Incoterms, and payment terms, and we put it in writing.

First order

Small enough to test the market, often a single pallet. We clear it into the United States under our name and bring the product to market.

Ongoing orders

Reorders follow sales. We share what sells and plan production with you.

What we send a factory

  • A complete specification, with drawings where they apply.
  • Materials, packaging, and labeling requirements.
  • The quantity for the first run and the timeline.
  • The certifications the product needs, and who obtains them.

What we look for

  • Consistent quality from sample to production run.
  • Clear pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
  • Responsive communication and clear notice when something changes.
  • Documentation for materials, testing, and origin when a product calls for it.

Common questions

Who is the importer of record?
We are. The customs entry, the customs bond, and the duties are in our name. You never deal with United States Customs.
Do we need a company, an address, or a customs bond in the United States?
No. We provide all three. You ship from your factory and we take it from there.
Who handles FDA and labeling?
We handle the United States side, including product listings and the label content the market requires. Food and cosmetic manufacturers register their own facility with FDA, and we guide that step.
Do you buy the goods or sell them on consignment?
We place purchase orders. We agree on payment terms before the first order and we keep them.
Who pays freight and duties?
We pay the duties and every cost after the goods arrive in the United States. Freight follows the Incoterms we agree on for each order.
How large is a first order?
Small enough to test the market, often a single pallet. Reorders follow sales.
What do you send when you ask us to quote a product you designed?
A complete specification, drawings where they apply, the materials and packaging we expect, the quantity for the first run, and the certifications the product needs. We answer questions about it within two business days.
Private label or our own brand?
Either. We can sell under one of our brands or distribute your brand as it is.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish, and French, in writing and on calls.
