What your location gets

People stay on site

Snacks and drinks are a few steps away, so no one has to leave the building for them. The machine serves the people who work there, live there, or visit, whenever the space is open.

Nothing for you to manage

We own the machine, stock it, keep it clean, and repair it. Your staff never handles inventory, payments, or refunds.

One point of contact

We are owner operated. The person who answers your email is the person who services your machine, and you work with the same person from the first visit onward.

Who does what

We handle

  • The machine, delivered and installed.
  • A product selection matched to the people who use the space.
  • Restocking on a schedule that keeps the machine full.
  • Cleaning, repairs, and replacement.
  • Refunds for any purchase that does not vend.
  • Card and mobile payment options.
  • A certificate of insurance for your location.

Your location provides

  • A spot about the size of a refrigerator, with a few inches of clearance.
  • A standard grounded outlet nearby.
  • A point of contact for scheduling the visit and the installation.

We put the arrangement in writing before installation, and the agreement includes a way to end it. If the arrangement ends, we remove the machine and leave the space as we found it.

Common questions

What does the machine cost us?
Nothing. We own the machine, stock it, and service it. Your location provides the space and a standard outlet, and the only ongoing cost on your side is the electricity the machine uses.
What do you ask of us in return?
Space for the machine, an outlet, and a point of contact. We ask for nothing more. We take care of everything else.
How much space and power does it need?
A typical machine needs a footprint about the size of a refrigerator, a few inches of clearance, and a standard grounded outlet nearby. We confirm the exact spot during our visit.
What goes in the machine?
Snacks and beverages chosen for the people who use your space. We adjust the selection over time based on what sells, and we add healthier options on request.
Can we choose what is in it?
Yes. We welcome requests and preferences, and we build the selection around them.
Who keeps it stocked and clean?
We do. We restock on a regular schedule, adjust the frequency so the machine stays full, and clean it at every visit.
What happens if the machine fails or a purchase does not vend?
You contact us and we respond promptly. We repair or replace the machine, and we refund any purchase that did not vend.
Does the machine take cards?
We go over the payment options for your machine, including card and mobile payment, before we install it.
Are you insured?
We provide a certificate of insurance for every location before installation.
What if we want the machine removed?
The written agreement includes an option to end it. If the arrangement ends, we remove the machine and leave the space as we found it.

Request Vending
